There are three locations you take the photo from, all indicated right next to the truck, then you can search the door for a clue to the saboteur’s identity. This will grant you a Spaceport Warehouse key, which will come in very handy. Stick that in your backpack and get the heck outta dodge, because that’s the quest complete.
