How to get The Witcher’s Geralt in Fortnite

Geralt of Rivia can be obtained in Fortnite by completing his special quests from Chapter 4 Season 1’s Battle Pass. Players must first purchase that season’s Battle Pass and then finish specific tasks, such as completing contracts, defeating opponents, and performing emotes at designated locations. Completing all the required challenges grants access to Geralt’s outfit, related back bling, and themed items inspired by The Witcher series.

Fortnite Geralt challenges and cosmetics list

The Geralt challenges in Fortnite task players with completing specific quests tied to combat and exploration, such as defeating opponents, completing bounties, and using certain emotes at designated locations. List of all five Page 1 Geralt quests with tips

The five Page 1 Geralt of Rivia quests in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 required Battle Pass ownership and unlocked the base skin upon completion.

Quest List with Tips

  • Activate augments in 5 different matches: Augments activate automatically at the start of each match (one per game). Play 5 separate matches and survive long enough for them to trigger-no need to select specific ones.

  • Complete 3 bounties: Visit bounty boards at landmarks (e.g., near Rave Cave or The Citadel), accept contracts, and eliminate the targeted players within 15 minutes. Team up in squads for faster kills; track via the map icon.

  • Defeat 1 boss: Head to The Citadel in the southwest-only one boss (Ageless Champion) spawns there. Use high ground in the castle towers to snipe or avoid melee; grab the gold vault key afterward.

  • Emote in The Citadel throne room (1 time): Land at The Citadel, enter the main throne room (central hall with the big chair), and use any emote. Do it early to avoid fights; Igni Sign emote is rewarded.

  • Deal 500 melee damage to opponents: Use pickaxes or close-range weapons (harvesting tool ideal); Geralt’s Witcher’s Steel Sword pickaxe fits thematically. Close gaps with shotguns or mobility items; squads help for chip damage.

Completing all five granted the Geralt skin, but these quests expired in March 2023.

Detailed tips for Page 2 Geralt quests

Page 2 Geralt of Rivia quests in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 unlocked the Viper School style and additional cosmetics upon completion. These required owning the Battle Pass and became available after Page 1, expiring on March 8, 2023.

Quest List with Detailed Tips

  • Collect 100 Gold Bars: Loot vaults, defeat bosses (like at The Citadel), or eliminate players carrying bars-Team Rumble mode accelerates this with high loot density. Open Oathbound Chests for better odds; one good match often covers it all.

  • Deal 500 damage with Ex-Calibur Rifle to opponents: Grab the mythic Ex-Calibur from the golden chest behind The Citadel throne (100% spawn); land there early in Team Rumble. Stay mid-range, hip-fire for accuracy, and farm bots/teammates for safe progress-hardest quest, so equip Combat Specialist augment.

  • Gain 300 shields from potions: Use Small Shield Potions or Large Shield Potions (not chugs or slurp); Team Rumble chests spawn plenty. Grenades damaging your own shields don’t count-pop potions after fights or while looting for quick stacks.

  • Eliminate 3 opponents while mounted: Mount boars/wolves (near forests like Rave Cave outskirts) or dirt bikes; sprint at enemies for easy hits. Team Rumble edges work best-tame animals first (approach slowly), then charge squads; bikes offer speed for pursuits.

Finishing all four rewarded Viper School Geralt style, Inflate-A-Roach Glider, and more.
