From there, follow the river until you reach an intact bridge. Cross the bridge and head right through an Esseling encampment, then continue past wooden spiked fences until you see a lone flag near the cliffs north of the campsite. The cavern entrance is a large hole in the ground near this flag, somewhat concealed by the cliffside. Jump down into the hole and follow the narrow passage until it opens into a larger cavern where you can complete the Azure Secret challenge by taking a photo inside.
