A notorious thief is on the loose in Florawish-or so it seems. In Infinity Nikki’s “Forced Perspective: Capturing the Thief” quest, there’s no real culprit to catch, just a clever illusion waiting to be snapped. To help Toran “put a criminal behind bars,” you’ll need to master the art of optical trickery and line up the perfect shot, turning a simple wanted poster into a picture-perfect capture.
Below, we explain how to solve the “Forced Perspective: Capturing the Thief” random quest in Infinity Nikki.
’Forced Perspective: Capturing the Thief’ solution
To solve the “Forced Perspective: Capturing the Thief” quest in Infinity Nikki, first ensure you’ve completed the prerequisite “Forced Perspective: Caged Bird” quest. Then, speak with Toran near the Kingdom Guard’s Office in Florawish to activate the mission. Your objective is to photograph the thief, represented by a wanted poster on the eastern wall of the Guard’s Office, so it appears as though it’s behind bars. Stand outside the iron fence, align your camera so the bars visually cage the poster, and wait for the camera reticle to turn gold-this signals the correct angle. Capture the shot, then return to Toran to complete the quest and receive your rewards, which include Diamonds and Upgrade Packs.
To solve this quest, you’ll need to take a picture of the wanted poster on the eastern side of the guard’s office in a way so it looks like it’s behind bars.
You can achieve this by just standing outside of the fence and taking a photo like so. You’ll know you got it right when the reticle hones in and turns gold on the target.

Once you snap the picture, show it to Toran to get 10 Diamonds and three Upgrade Packs. You’ll also automatically unlock the start of “Forced Perspective: Ship in a Bottle,” another one of these quests.
Why should I watch “Until Dawn” in theatres?
The “Until Dawn” movie adaptation offers several potentially compelling reasons to watch it in theaters:
-
A fresh narrative within the “Until Dawn” universe: The movie introduces a new group of characters and story, focusing on Clover (Ella Rubin) and her friends as they navigate a time loop in the remote valley where her sister disappeared.
-
Reimagining of game mechanics: Director David F. Sandberg is bringing the game’s main mechanics to the big screen, where characters face different outcomes for their decisions and die multiple times. Each time they come back to life, they find themselves in a new horror genre, which should make for a dynamic experience.
-
Connections to the original game: Peter Stormare reprises his role as Dr. Hill from the game. Also, you may see a familiar mask from the game and fleeting glimpses of wendigos.
-
Potential for surprises: There’s a chance the movie could surprise viewers or introduce new audiences to the source material. Sony might be playing with expectations, and the movie could have more cameos and easter eggs that made the game fun.
-
A different experience for fans: The filmmakers aim to provide game fans with a different experience than they had when playing the game.
-
Homage to choose-your-own-adventure: The film aims to replicate the structure of a video game, in which you can just start over if things aren’t going your way.
