How to start the ‘For Our Princess!’ side adventure
To start the “For Our Princess!” side adventure, speak with Gotter at the Outskirt Stable, located southwest of Hyrule Field. He’ll mention his admiration for Princess Zelda and his desire to create a special dessert in her honor. During the conversation, he’ll ask for your help finding the right ingredients for his recipe, which begins the quest. Make sure you’ve completed the “A Picture for Outskirt Stable” quest first, as this side adventure becomes available afterward.
When you arrive at Foothill Stable in Eldin Canyon – either on foot or by fast traveling to it – you’ll probably notice a lot of guys hanging out in their underpants.
Penn is hanging out nearby and he’ll explain that they insist they’re acting under orders from Princess Zelda herself. And that a couple of them have headed off to tackle a nearby monster den.
How to complete the ‘For Our Princess!’ side adventure
Speak to Penn at Foothill Stable in Eldin Canyon after unlocking Potential Princess Sightings at Lucky Clover Gazette. Head north to the cave entrance, agree to the challenge from the two Zonai researchers, and enter unequipped to face Bokoblins and a Moblin. Crouch for stealth, grab the nearby wooden stick and other weapons like the Traveler’s Claymore, fuse rocks or flint to arrows for the armored archer, clear all foes, then return to the researchers and Penn at the stable to finish.
The monster den is in a cave that’s just a bit up the main road heading north. You’ll know you’re in the right spot when you see the mostly naked Drant and Sango at the cave mouth.
They’ll convince you to try to take out the monsters without any of your gear, and they’ll hold your stuff while you head inside.
How to start the Potential Princess Sightings side adventure
You can start “Potential Princess Sightings!” very early in the game once you’ve opened up Hyrule a bit and reached the Hebra region.
Basic requirements

Progress the main story until you activate the Lookout Landing Skyview Tower; this is what lets you first meet Penn, the Rito reporter, outside the tower.

Make sure you can safely travel to the cold northwest Hebra region (warm clothing or spicy food is recommended).
Where to go

Head to the Lucky Clover Gazette, which is located in the old Rito Stable building just before the bridge to Rito Village in Hebra.

How to start the side adventure

Go inside the Lucky Clover Gazette and talk to Traysi, the editor-in-chief, with Penn standing beside her.

During the conversation she hires you as Penn’s partner to investigate rumors about Princess Zelda across the stables, which formally starts the “Potential Princess Sightings!” side adventure in your Adventure Log.
What it unlocks

Once active, this side adventure branches into 12 smaller Side Adventures that each begin at a different stable (e.g., Serenade to a Great Fairy, For Our Princess!, Zelda’s Golden Horse, etc.).

Completing all 12 and then returning to Traysi at the Gazette rewards you with the full Froggy Armor set (including the Froggy Cap) and concludes the questline.

The Lucky Clover Gazette is the former Rito Stable, positioned on the main road just before the long bridge leading to Rito Village in the northwest Hebra region at coordinates approximately -3253, 1763, 0119.

Enter the building and find Traysi leaning over a large table with a map, while Penn stands nearby, usually to her side or close by during the initial “Potential Princess Sightings!” conversation.
