Romance in Persona 3 Portable adds a whole new layer to your daily life at Gekkoukan High. From classmates to mysterious allies, every choice shapes your relationships-and maybe your destiny. Here’s who you can date across male and female routes, and what makes each connection worth pursuing.
Depending on which protagonist you pick, you can date different options, as social links change. Note that if you pick the male protagonist, you cannot have social links with the male members of your party at all. Their social links are replaced by other NPCs.
If you’re trying to max out all the social links to get an edge in battle (similarly to how you do in Persona 4 and 5), don’t bother. The only social link that adds battle abilities is the story-forced link, The Fool, which automatically ranks up as you play the game.
You can go on dates and pursue romance with the Velvet Room attendants, Elizabeth and Theodore, but they do not have social links.

The male protagonist in Persona 3 Portable can form romantic relationships with several female characters, each tied to a specific Social Link.
