Diablo 4 Fractured Peaks Altars of Lilith Locations Map and Rewards

Hidden across the frozen slopes and forsaken villages of Fractured Peaks, the Altars of Lilith pulse with ancient power. Each one offers a permanent boon to those who find it-if they can survive what watches from the shadows.

One way to gain Renown in Diablo 4is to find all of the Altars of Lilith scattered around the map. There are a total of 28 Altars of Lilith to find in the game’s first area, Fractured Peaks, with each shrine giving all of your characters a permanent buff. At the beginning of the game, you can find one altar, but the rest of the altars won’t appear until you make it to Kyovashad, the large city located in the center of the region.

You can find Altars of Lilith in each of the game’s five regions, and each statue will give you a permanent benefit. Most statues will boost one of your core stats (Dexterity, Strength, Willpower, or Intelligence), while others might increase the amount of Murmuring Obols you can carry. The best statues give you a bonus Paragon Point. These bonuses are account-wide, so all of your characters benefit when you grab an altar.

Following the rollout of Diablo 4‘s seasonal cadence, Altars of Lilith have become even more useful. When you collect an Altar of Lilith on your current character, you’ll also be collecting it for all characters on your account. This means that every new character you make – seasonal or otherwise – will already have the altars unlocked for them, as well as the stat bonuses and Renown that comes with them.

Each Altar of Lilith gives you 10 Renown, which is a big chunk of the total Renown in each region. Collecting these altars as early as possible will allow you to start with multiple bonus skill points and potion charges each season.

Fractured Peaks hosts dozens of Altars of Lilith scattered across icy fields, mountain passes, and hidden ruins. Each altar grants permanent stat boosts to all characters on your account, making it worthwhile to find them all. The region includes altars tucked near strongholds, inside caves, and along lonely trails, so keeping an eye on less-traveled paths can help you complete your collection and strengthen your heroes for the challenges ahead.

#1: Desolate Highlands – Icehowl Taiga

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Dexterity.

The first Altar can be found soon after you create your character. This shrine can be found in the pathway after you leave the initial village.

#2: Desolate Highlands – Eastern Pass

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Dexterity.

This Altar of Lilith is hidden among the trees on the way to Kyovashad. Stick along the right wall or climb up the cliff to easily find this shrine.

#3: Desolate Highlands – Father’s Cross

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Intelligence.

This Altar of Lilith can be found southwest of Kyoshavad. Exit the city and descend down the path to find this shrine flush against the wall.

#4: Dobrev Taiga – Southeast Foothills

This altar will increase the maximum number of Murmuring Obols all of your characters can hold by five.

The Altar of Lilith in the Southeast Foothills of the Dobrev Taiga can be spotted by its red glow behind the trees.

#5: Dobrev Taiga – Shadow Trail

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Willpower.

Located directly south of Kyovashad, this Altar of Lilith can be spotted in between two rock pillars on the Shadow Trail.

#6: Drobrev Taiga – Western Tunnels

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Strength.

The Altar of Lilith can be found beside an open wall in the Western Tunnels.

#7: Gale Valley – Trekker’s Nook

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Intelligence.

Find this Altar of Lilith hidden behind a tree in Trekker’s Nook.

#8: Gale Valley – Tsepilova Pond

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Willpower.

Fight your way through the massive hordes of ghouls in the Tespilova Pond to find this hidden Altar of Lilith.

#9: Gale Valley – Zeleny Lowlands

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Dexterity.

This Altar of Lilith is located in the trees of a snow covered path in the Zeleny Lowlands.

#10: Frigid Expanse – Shivering Wilds

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Willpower.

The Altar of Lilith can be found amongst the trees in the snowy Shivering Wilds.

#11: Frigid Expanse – Shivering Wilds

This altar will increase the maximum number of Murmuring Obols all of your characters can hold by five.

This Altar of Lilith can be particularly difficult to spot because it’s placed directly behind a tree.

#12: Malnok Stronghold

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Strength.

This Altar of Lilith can be found in a house in the Malnok Stronghold. When you first arrive, you’ll start an event where you must find the source of the storm. You can either complete the event or take the first left turn on the initial path to find the house containing the shrine. Destroy the ice wall blocking the entrance, then enter the building to unlock the altar.

#13: Seat of the Heavens – Fields of Judgment

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Intelligence.

Lodged into the frozen ground, this Altar of Lilith can be found in the Fields of Judgment area of the Seat of the Heavens Zone.

#14: Seat of the Heavens – Serac Rapture

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Strength.

Head towards the western most point of the Fractured Peaks to find this Altar of Lilith along the edge of the map.

#15: Seat of the Heavens – Sinner’s Pass

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Dexterity.

Head to the north of the Bear Tribe Refuge waypoint to find this Altar of Lilith along the edge of the map.

#16: Frigid Expanse – Olyam Tundra

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Strength.

Fast travel to either Kyovashad or the Bear Tribe Refuge waypoint, and make your way to this Altar of Lilith at the end of a narrow pathway.

#17: Frigid Expanse – Olyam Tundra

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Intelligence.

This Altar of Lilith can be found on the side of a cliff in the Olyam Tundra area of the Frigid Expanse zone.

#18: Frigid Expanse, The Deep White

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Dexterity.

Search for the Altar of Lilith on the edge of a cliff in the Deep White area.

#19: Sarkova Pass, Crags of Ill Wind

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Intelligence.

Find the Altar of Lilith on the edge of the path in the Crags of Ill Wind.

#20: Kor Dragan Stronghold

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Willpower.

The Altar of Lilith can be found in the Kor Dragan Stronghold, in the northern area of Fractured Peaks. This area is filled with high-level enemies, so save this shrine for your similarly high-leveled characters. When you first enter the stronghold, you’ll be tasked with purging the area of its vampiric corruption. This Altar of Lilith can be found on one of the stronghold’s walls as soon as you enter. After you climb up the wall to destroy the vampiric corruption on the left side of the wall, travel to the right side to find the altar hidden amongst a few wooden barrels and crates.

#21: Sarkova Pass – Western Ways

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Strength.

The Altar of Lilith can be spotted in the Western Ways area which is located in the northern area of the Fractured Peaks. Search along the edge of the map to easily find the shrine.

#22: Sarkova Pass – Western Ways

This altar will increase the maximum number of Murmuring Obols all of your characters can hold by five.

Search along the west side of the Western Ways area to find the Altar of Lilith hidden in the trees.

#23: The Pallid Glade – Melnik’s Hill

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Willpower.

The Altar of Lilith can be found inside a cabin in Melnik’s Hill, an area located in the northern section of the Pallid Glade.

#24: Sarkova Pass – Western Ways

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Willpower.

Located south of Menestad, the Altar of Lilith can be found in an alcove on the left side of the road that connects Menestad to Kyovashad.

#25: The Pallid Glade – The Brinewood

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Dexterity.

This Alter of Lilith can be very hard to spot, especially at night time. The shrine is hidden in the trees in the south eastern section of the Brinewoods.

#26: Nostrava Stronghold

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Intelligence.

This Altar of Lilith can be found in the Nostrava Stronghold. You must complete a portion of the Stronghold event in order to find this Altar, but come prepared as this Stronghold is full of overleveled demonic enemies. When you’re tasked to investigate the villagers’ homes, enter the home closest to the chapel and destroy the effigy inside. Once the demons and enemies are defeated, duck under the newly uncovered hole in the wall and follow the path to find the shrine.

#27: The Pallid Glade – The Brinewood

This altar will increase the maximum number of Murmuring Obols all of your characters can hold by five.

Search among the trees to find this Altar of Lilith located in the southern most area of the Pallid Glade.

#28: Desolate Highlands – Icehowl Taiga

This altar will give all of your characters 2 Strength.

Located near the very start of the game, this Altar of Lilith can be found in between a group of trees.

Scosglen in Diablo 4 features 34 Altars of Lilith, account-wide statues that provide permanent bonuses such as +2 to core stats (Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Willpower) or other perks like increased Murmuring Obols capacity.
