Hidden deep within the Hebra Mountains, the Eutoum Shrine challenges players with clever mechanics that test both timing and precision. This guide explains how to reach its icy location and complete every puzzle to claim the treasure waiting inside.
When you’re done, our shrine locations page or interactive Hyrule map can direct you toward something else to do.
Eutoum Shrine location
Eutoum Shrine is located in the Hebra Mountains region, high above the icy terrain west of the Hebra North Summit. The easiest approach is from the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower-glide northwest to reach the shrine’s platform. Be prepared for freezing temperatures and equip cold resistance gear or food before traveling. The shrine’s coordinates are approximately (-2812, 1623, 0231), making it easier to track on your map.
The Eutoum Shrine is found within the Hebra Mountains region at the coordinates (-3506, 3570, 0387).
Eutoum Shrine walkthrough
Inside the Eutoum Shrine, use the wind currents and glider to move between platforms while avoiding spikes and pitfalls. Adjust your glide angle carefully to reach higher platforms and collect hidden chests along the path. Activate the nearby fans to lift yourself toward the final platform, where the exit awaits. Each section tests timing and control, making precise movement key to completing the shrine safely.
After you enter Eutoum Shrine, Link will be stripped down to his undies, his stuff will get taken away, and he’ll be given the bare minimum of weapons to pick up: some sticks and an old wooden shield.
The point of Eutoum Shrine is to sneak up on the enemies and sneak strike them, but we found it exceptionally hard to actually sneak up on any of the enemies, so we just went in guns blazing. There are five constructs inside Eutoum that you’ll have to destroy, whether you sneak up on them or not.

As you beat them down, make sure to pick up their weapons, as they’re stronger than the sticks that Rauru has cruelly given you.
Best route from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower to Eutoum Shrine
Rospro Pass Skyview Tower to Eutoum Shrine
Launch from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and glide almost due north, slightly east, toward the northern Hebra Mountains edge near Goflam’s Secret Hot Springs at coordinates -3506, 3569, 0387. The shrine becomes visible after clearing clouds, sitting unobscured on a lower platform past the surrounding peaks.
Gliding Route
Head north-northwest over the mountain range, adjusting slightly eastward to spot the shrine beside the hot spring waters. Conserve stamina by diving initially to gain speed, then gliding steadily while avoiding updrafts that might push off course.
Ground Alternative
If stamina runs low, land at the hot spring base, then use Ascend on nearby rock platforms to reach the entrance stealthily, bypassing Lizalfos enemies below. Place map pins northward from the tower for precise navigation without landmarks.
Best glide path and launch angle from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower
Launch from Rospro Pass Skyview Tower aiming north-northwest at a steep 45-60 degree angle to maximize height over the Hebra peaks. Dive sharply first to build speed, then level out into a steady glide toward coordinates -3506, 3570, 0387, where Eutoum Shrine appears on a lower ledge past the clouds.
Optimal Path Details
Maintain a bearing of approximately 340-350 degrees on the compass for the most direct glide, hugging the mountain ridge line eastward slightly to sight the hot spring below the shrine. Full stamina wheels allow a straight shot; with partial stamina, angle toward intermediate ledges for brief landings to recover via rest or food.
Tips for Success
Eat stamina-restoring food like Stamella Shrooms before launch, and use Tulin’s Gust if available to extend distance against cold headwinds. Pin the shrine on your map beforehand to track progress visually during the glide.
