The options here are a little iffy, as the first choice can either be “Congratulations!” or “Don’t you find that suspicious?” Pick “Congratulations!” for a significant trust increase. If that’s not an option, pick the second choice, “I hired someone to write those positive reviews,” for a regular trust increase.

Newsstand (Sixth Street)

Interact with the newsstand and then leave for Nicole to appear. She’ll show up, saying, “Have you heard the word on the street.?” to which you need to reply with either “I’ve heard,” or “Not yet.” to get a trust increase when the event ends. If you pick “When are you gonna pay me back?” you will get a trust decrease.

Coff Cafe (Sixth Street)

You’ll need to interact with Waterfall Soup and then leave the shop in order for Nicole to appear during this event. Once you do, she’ll approach you to ask if you want to help her out with something.
