In Kii, Junjiro will explain that he wants to, as the name suggests, make some soup for Master Sorin. He’s fretting about the ingredients, though. He says he’s in Kii to try their soy sauce and that he already has mochi and daikon – this matters because it changes your shopping list.

(Also, the name Yuasa doesn’t show up on the map unless you’re really zoomed in.) Long story short, the merchant is about 250 meters to the north-northwest along the main road.
When you get there, the ornament vendor will sell several ingredients along with the usual Hideout items. She sells more things than you need, though, so this is the test of how well you remember your conversation with Junjiro.
