Hidden deep within the fiery domain of Eldin, the Vah Rudania Divine Helm awaits – a rare relic tied to Daruk’s legacy. Beyond its striking Goron design, this helm grants powerful flame guard protection, letting adventurers withstand the region’s blistering heat with style and strength.

When equipped, the Vah Rudania Divine Helm will provide you with flame guard and a base defense of two. The Vah Rudania Divine Helm can be upgraded via Great Fairies using gems, Zonaite, and dazzlefruit. You can technically get it via the use of amiibo, but you can also find it in-game in Hyrule. Where to find the Vah Rudania Divine Helm in Tears of the Kingdom

The Vah Rudania Divine Helm sits inside Lizard’s Burrow cave in the Eldin region, northwest of Death Mountain near the Lizard Lakes at coordinates 2204, 3076, 0406. Head to the northern lizard-shaped pond from Sibajitak Shrine, smash the boulder wall at the pond’s head to enter, then proceed through the short tunnel past rocks to a chest holding the helm. This piece grants flame guard protection against fire damage with a base defense of 2 or 4.โ€‹

The Vah Rudania Divine Helm can be found inside of the Lizard’s Burrow in the Eldin Canyon region at the coordinates (2282, 2991, 0407). All you’ll need to do is destroy the rocks blocking the cave entrance and make your way to the end of the cave to find the chest containing the helmet.


Lizard’s Burrow location

Lizard’s Burrow sits in Eldin Canyon between two lizard-shaped lakes north of Death Mountain, with its blocked entrance at coordinates 2203, 3077, 0406. Clear the boulders sealing the cave mouth using bombs or a hammer, then follow the path inside past hot spring water to a chest holding the Vah Rudania Divine Helm at 2282, 2991, 0407. Fast travel to Sibajitak Shrine and head northwest, or glide from Death Mountain’s caldera after launching from Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower.โ€‹

The Lizard’s Burrow’s entrance (2203, 3076, 0406) can be found in between the two lizard lakes in the Eldin Canyon region. The easiest way to get to the Lizard’s Burrow is to teleport to the Sibajitak Shrine and make your way toward the head of the northern lizard. Once there, turn around to find the cave entrance blocked off by some rubble. Destroy the rocks to enter the Lizard’s Burrow.


Vah Rudania Divine Helm upgrade cost

Upgrading the Vah Rudania Divine Helm at the Great Fairy Fountains enhances its defensive power and boosts the Flame Guard effect, providing better protection in extremely hot areas such as Death Mountain. Each upgrade requires specific materials, including Fireproof Lizards, Red Lizalfos Tails, and gemstones like Ruby, depending on the enhancement level. Gathering these items from the Eldin region and defeating fire-based enemies will help you strengthen the helm’s resistance and overall durability.

The Vah Rudania Divine Helm has the flame guard effect – turning you fireproof. Upgrading the Vah Rudania Divine Helm will increase the armor’s defense.

Break the rocks with Bomb Flowers, a hammer weapon, or Yunobo’s ability to enter Lizard’s Burrow. The short cave has hot springs but no enemies; proceed straight to the back chest. Glide if needed to avoid minor lava hazards, taking 2-3 minutes total on foot.โ€‹

Fast travel to Sibajitak Shrine at coordinates (2401, 3273, 0402), then proceed southwest on foot along the most direct downhill path toward Lizard Lakes.โ€‹

Head southwest from the shrine exit, following the natural rocky descent and cliff edges for roughly 200-250 units while staying near the northern lizard-shaped lake’s head. Avoid unnecessary detours by hugging the terrain contours and using ledges for quick drops, reaching the cave entrance at about (2200, 3079, 0405) in 2-3 minutes.โ€‹
