To start the “Missing Farm Tools” side adventure, head to Hateno Village and speak with Dantz near the village pastures. He’ll mention that several tools have gone missing and ask for your help finding them. Accept his request to begin the quest. From there, follow the clues he gives and explore the surrounding area to locate where the tools may have gone.
At the Wetland Stable near Tukarok Shrine in the Lanayru Wetlands, you’ll find Penn over on the north side talking to his “little birdies.”
He’ll explain that Princess Zelda borrow the stable’s farming tools a while back and never returned them. He’ll point you to Izra at the stable’s dock to the northwest. Izra, in turn, will ask you to take him downriver (south) to Floret Sandbar.

Speak to Penn at Wetland Stable after completing Potential Princess Sightings. Talk to Izra nearby, then use Ultrahand to connect the Control Stick, Fan, and Battery to the raft. Have Izra board it, steer south along Hyrule River to the flower-covered sandbank, and retrieve the tools to finish the task.
You’ll need to build an airboat using the stable’s raft as a base and tacking on some of the nearby Zonai devices – a steering stick, fan, and battery.

Building the raft for Izra at Wetland Stable requires Ultrahand to assemble nearby Zonai Devices onto the stable’s existing raft docked by the Hylia River.
