Sisuran Shrine location
Sisuran Shrine is located in the far northeastern part of Hyrule, in the Hebra Mountains region near North Tabantha Snowfield. You can find it tucked inside the frozen cliffs east of Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower. The shrine’s coordinates are roughly (-2559, 3354, 0245). Because of the harsh weather in this area, wear cold-resistant gear or consume warming meals while traveling there. The shrine stands out with its icy terrain, offering both a scenic challenge and a rewarding exploration point.
Sisuran Shrine is found on the north side of the Hebra Mountains region near the edge of the map. Its exact coordinates are (-2559, 3353, 0245). It’s cold there, so make sure you’ve got plenty of spicy meals and elixirs or, better yet, have the Snowquill Armor set equipped.
The shrine isn’t too far from the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower – it’ll only take one or two stamina rings to reach it while paragliding (assuming you don’t run into any Aerocudas like we did). You can also dive down to it from Mayaumekis Shrine (below the Wind Temple) or the Wind Temple itself.
When you get to the shine location, you’ll start “The North Hebra Mountains Crystal” shrine quest.
The North Hebra Mountains Crystal shrine quest
To start the North Hebra Mountains Crystal shrine quest, travel to the high peaks north of Rospro Pass Skyview Tower. You’ll spot a green light beam leading to a crystal near a large ice formation. Pick up the crystal using Ultrahand and carry it carefully down the slope toward the shrine’s pedestal. Watch for Frost Taluses and icy terrain that can knock you off course. Once you return the crystal to its base, Sisuran Shrine will materialize, granting access to its interior puzzle.

When you find the Sisuran Shrine location, you’ll pick up “The North Hebra Mountains Crystal” shrine quest. The green beam will lead you to the shrine’s crystal, which is sticking out of a snow-covered boulder nearby.
Unfortunately, that boulder is actually a Frost Talus.

Ultimately, all you have to do is whack the shrine crystal enough (preferably with a hammer-type weapon) that you defeat the Frost Talus and you can pick it up. But the Frost Talus can (and will) freeze you if you stand on it for too long.
If you’ve upgraded the Snowquill Armor set to level 2 at a Great Fairy, you’ll have the Unfreezable set bonus and can just get to work.
If you haven’t, try hitting the Frost Talus’ body with a fire weapon – even just fire fruit attached to an arrow will work. That will thaw its body for a bit and you can stand on top without getting frozen.

Once you’ve defeated it, grab the gems it drops and Fuse the Frost Talus heart to something. Pick up the crystal and carry it back to Sisuran Shrine to complete “The North Hebra Mountains Crystal” shrine quest and unlock the shrine.
Sisuran Shrine walkthrough
Enter Sisuran Shrine on the Gerudo Highlands plateau at coordinates (0522, -2010, 0086). Activate the first Recall terminal to raise a platform, then ride the moving cogwheel across the gap while timing a second Recall on the opposite cog for safe passage. Climb the ladder to confront a Construct enemy; defeat it using Fuse arrows or melee strikes after dodging its attacks. Solve the final puzzle by Recalling the large rotating platform to align the path, then glide to the altar for your Light of Blessing.
Best route to reach Sisuran Shrine from Pikida Stonegrove Tower
Recommended Route
The best route from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower to Sisuran Shrine involves launching from the tower and gliding northwest across the mountains. This path covers the distance using one to two stamina wheels for most players, landing directly near the shrine at coordinates -2561, 3353, 0245. Equip cold resistance gear or consume spicy food to handle the freezing Hebra Mountains weather.โ
Step-by-Step Gliding Path
Launch upward from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower to gain maximum height, then angle your paraglider northwest toward the shrine’s position on the northern map edge. Maintain altitude by avoiding updrafts if stamina runs low, and watch for Aerocudas that might interrupt your glide. The shrine base appears along the snowy cliffs west of North Tabantha Snowfield, visible once you’re over the peaks.โ
Alternative Ground Path
Enter Pikida Stonegrove Northwest Cave near the tower, fight through enemies like Ice Likes and Horriblins, then exit toward the shrine on foot. This avoids stamina concerns but takes longer and requires combat readiness. Gliding remains faster and safer for direct access.โโ
Optimal glide path and stamina required from Pikida Tower
Optimal Glide Path
Launch from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower at coordinates (-2311, 3062, 443) and gain maximum height of about 843 meters above the surface. Angle your paraglider northwest toward Sisuran Shrine at (-2561, 3353, 0245), which lies roughly 650-700 units away horizontally along the snowy cliffs west of North Tabantha Snowfield. Follow the ridgeline visible below, dipping slightly to catch updrafts from rocky outcrops while avoiding Aerocudas.โ
Stamina Requirements
One full stamina wheel suffices for most players with base upgrades, as the descent aligns with Link’s standard glide ratio of about 1:2.85 (horizontal to vertical distance). Upgraded stamina or the Glide Suit reduces consumption further, preventing full depletion mid-flight. Equip cold resistance beforehand to focus solely on gliding without environmental drain.โ
Tips for Success
Prioritize upward launch for peak altitude around 1286 total height, then hold forward with minor dive adjustments to optimize speed over ground at 10-20 m/s. Land directly at the shrine base if stamina dips below 25%; otherwise, full glides complete in under a minute.โ
