Technically, the Resident Evil 4 remake’s stone pedestal puzzle spans a couple chapters, since you have to find items across both Chapter 3 and Chapter 4. Once you have them, our guide will show you how to solve the Stone Pedestal puzzle in the Lake.
Resident Evil 4 remake hexagon puzzle piece locations
Hexagon puzzle pieces are found across several areas before you reach the Stone Pedestal. Hexagon Piece A lies in the Lakeside Settlement, inside a chest near the merchant. Hexagon Piece B is located in the Fish Farm, inside a small container near the boat controls. Hexagon Piece C can be obtained from a chest on the far side of the lake after gaining access to the boat. Collect all three pieces to complete the pedestal puzzle and reveal the hidden treasure.
Before you can start the stone pedestal puzzle, you’ll need to track down three hexagon pieces. Hexagon piece A is found inside a safe room in the basement of a building near Chapter 3’s Shooting Range. Hexagon piece B is also in Chapter 3, on the north shore of the Fish Farm. Resident Evil 4 remake stone pedestal puzzle solution
Place the three hexagon pieces-A from Merchant Post chest, B from Fish Farm red chest, C from Small Cave Shrine-into the Stone Pedestal at Lake docks. On Assisted or Standard difficulty, rotate lower-left clump once, then upper clump once to align the image and claim Depraved Idol (15,000 ptas). On Hardcore or Professional, turn lower-right twice, lower-left twice, upper once.
After you have all three hexagon pieces in your possession, place them on the Stone Pedestal. Heres a GIF of the solution:

The Stone Pedestal is located in the southwestern section of the lake map in Resident Evil 4 Remake’s Village Chief area (Chapters 3-4).
Precise Location Details
It’s inside a small settlement on the docks near where you first access the boat after the Quarry. Positioned between the Merchant shop and the Fish Farm, opposite the stairs from the Merchant.
Map Context
On the lake map, look for the southern docks cluster-southwest corner, accessible by boat post-Del Lago. It’s the locked pedestal you pass early but solve later with all three Hexagon Pieces.

Insert Hexagon Pieces A, B, and C into the pedestal in any order once collected from the Quarry, Fish Farm, and Small Cave Shrine.
Assisted/Standard Solution
Rotate the bottom-left group of three hexagons counterclockwise once. Then rotate the top group of three hexagons counterclockwise once.
Hardcore/Professional Solution
Rotate the bottom-right group twice, the bottom-left group twice, and the top group once.
