Climb the nearby ridge to grab the second amplifier from a locked container-use your scanner to reveal the code etched on the wall. Place both items on the transmitter pedestal to activate the relay tower, which reveals the final objective marker overlooking the valley. Return to the quest giver with the view data to complete the task.

Since the loot is rare anyway, folks who aren’t doing the quest will certainly be taking it if they find it, so your best bet is to hightail it to one of the above locations at the very start of the match and loot thoroughly. If you spawn mid-way through a round, you should probably cut your losses and try again.
Where to use the Rotary Encoder in Arc Raiders
Next, you need to head to the control rooms in the Assembly Workshops. These are the rooms to the north of Stella Montis, with terminals and plenty of breachable containers. Any of the control rooms do the job, and once you get there, look for a bright yellow lever. Use the Rotary Encoder on it, and then you’ll need to interact with a computer, which should be right next to the lever.
Where to find an Ion Sputter in Arc Raiders
Finally, you need to find an Ion Sputter. You do need to return this item to Shani, so we’d recommend loading fresh into Stella Montis with a safe pocket, so you can keep it even if you die.
Once again, an Ion Sputter is considered to be exodus loot, so you need to head to the same locations: Assembly or Business Center. If you have no luck there, try areas like Medical Research and Lobby, as they also have lots of containers to loot.
