Spring in Eorzea turns festive as Little Ladies’ Day 2023 arrives, bringing new quests, charming rewards, and a limited-time emote that no adventurer will want to miss.
Running from March 1 at 3 a.m. EST until March 15 at 10:59 a.m. EST, the event rewards a limited-time emote, “Fan Fare,” that allows players to do a “Little Ladies’ Dance” that involves fans.
The quest, “Inheritance,” involves having you run around Ul’dah talking to tons of NPCs. You can start it by talking to the Royal Seneschal NPC in Ul’dah as marked below:
You can also grab some other event-only items from the Royal Handmaiden NPC next to the Royal Seneschal. She sells the Decisions Orchestrion Roll for 2,500 gil and the Lovely Little Ladies’ Day Advertisement poster furnishing for 2,000 gil. She also sells confetti for 10 gil each.

Accept from Picot at (X:11.2, Y:10.8), then meet him in Steps of Nald near Ruby Road Exchange (X:10.7, Y:8.6).

Examine the stage with him (unskippable event; clear Duty Finder queues).

In the mini-puzzle, select three persona options: Royal Seneschal, Songbirds Fans, Quicksand Employee, or Picot.

Speak to Marabel at Eshtaime’s Aesthetics (X:10.1, Y:12.4) in Steps of Thal.

Return to Royal Seneschal (X:10.5, Y:8.6), watch the cutscene, then speak to Picot nearby to finish and claim the Seneschal Prince’s glamour set plus achievement.
