How to unlock Eren Jaeger in Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass
Eren Jaeger was a special “secret” Battle Pass skin in Chapter 4 Season 2 that you unlocked by completing a set of Eren Jaeger quests tied to the Attack on Titan crossover.
Basic requirements

You had to own the Chapter 4 Season 2 Battle Pass.

Eren was not unlocked by leveling; instead, he sat on his own Battle Pass reward page that opened once his quests went live (mid-season).
How to unlock Eren Jaeger
To unlock the Eren Jaeger outfit itself, you needed to:

Complete all eight Eren Jaeger quests listed in the Quests tab.

Each quest granted one cosmetic from the special Attack on Titan reward page (spray, loading screen, back bling, harvesting tool, etc.).

After finishing all eight quests and claiming their rewards, the Eren Jaeger skin at the end of that page unlocked automatically.
Key examples of those quests included:

Visiting 5 Guard Towers.

Swinging from 3 different trees in a row using ODM Gear.

Searching Scout Regiment Footlockers.

Finding the Jaeger family basement in Anvil Square.
