Where to find Tri’s friends in Stilled Goron City

To find Tri’s friends in Stilled Goron City, you’ll need to locate four groups scattered throughout the rift. Start by entering the large Goron statue and descend inside, using explosive echoes like Bombfish or Zirro to break through the cracked blocks and reach the first group at the bottom. Next, from the entrance, head left and jump across rocks to a platform where you’ll find the second group, guarded by an enemy. For the third group, climb the walls to the high platform on the upper right-using flying or climbing echoes if needed. Finally, jump down to the circular stone table on the right to find the last group. Once all four groups are gathered, Tri will reunite with them at the entrance, granting you two Might Crystals and boosting Tri’s power.

When Zelda lands at the bottom of the rift, she’s greeted again with Tri’s thoughts: “I can sense my friends here. They’re trapped. If we rescue them, we can fix this rift.” There are four of Tri’s friends to rescue around Stilled Goron City.

Make your way around to the starting island and climb into the top of the large Goron-shaped vase, which has a ladder poking out. Once inside, use bombfish echoes to clear a path through the cracked bricks, avoid the purple rift monsters, and reach the first of Tri’s friends at the bottom.

Climb out, then use crow echoes to defeat the Zirros – and avoid their bombs in the process. (Note: This is a great time to pick up a Zirro Echo if you haven’t already.) Cross the broken fence to the platform to your left, and use the climbing wall to descend to another step stone path. Defeat the monster there and collect the second of Tri’s friends.

Climb back up to the previous platform, and you’ll notice another chunk of climbable wall. Scale that, avoid the bombs hurled by the zirro, and scale the wall to reach to the top of an outcropping. Use water blocks to move between the platforms you can’t jump until you’ve reached the platform at the top left. Grab the third friend of Tri – only one left!

Summon a crow echo, and use it to drift down to the platform to your right, where Zelda will find the fourth and final friend of Tri. Upon completion, Tri will transport Zelda back to Goron City – and troupe of happy Gorons. Next up: Eldin Temple.
