The puzzle’s clues lead you to the northernmost village of Ukbara, partially submerged in water near the northern oasis. The treasure is hidden on the western side of a domed building’s rooftop in Ukbara. Solving this enigma rewards you with the Rebel’s Talisman, a valuable item for your journey.

The Surrender Enigma in Assassin’s Creed Mirage is located in the Wilderness North sector, just outside the city walls of Baghdad, specifically in the Tomb of Zubaydah graveyard near the border between the Harbiyah and Abbasiyah regions. Players can find the Enigma scroll resting on a tomb marked by a basket and a small lantern at the northern end of the graveyard. Solving this Enigma leads to a treasure located in the village of Ukbara, at the northernmost tip of the map, where a partially submerged building with a domed roof holds the Rebel’s Talisman reward on its western side. This area is accessible by riding north through the Wilderness past the oasis mentioned in the Enigma clues.
Head through the Gate of Tahir on the far west side of the city. Outside, you’ll enter the Tomb of Zubaydah. You’ll find the clue on a grave to the north along the river.

The village north of the oasis that “D” is referring to is Ukbara all the way at the north of the map. There’s no viewpoint there, so you’ll have to start at the Northern Oasis.
When you get to the town, you’ll find the north end flooded. Head across the sunken roofs toward the collapsed domed building. You’ll find the Rebel’s Talisman buried on a platform just to the west.
