Hidden high in the snowy Hebra Mountains, the Pikida Stonegrove Tower challenges even seasoned adventurers. Between fierce winds, icy cliffs, and lurking monsters, finding a safe route to its base is half the battle-activating it is the other.
Figuring out all of the Skyview Tower locations is merely the first step to unlocking Hyrule’s map in its entirety. Below you’ll find a walkthrough to solve the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
How to get into and activate the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower
To get into the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, approach from the south and repair the broken bridge hanging off the cliff with Ultrahand, attaching nearby wooden planks into a climbable ramp. Make sure you have cold-resistance gear or food, then climb the planks and the cliff to reach the tower entrance. Inside, there are no special puzzles, so simply interact with the console at the center of the room to activate the tower and reveal the Hebra region on your map.
The Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower is located northeast of Rito Village at the coordinates (-2318, 3066, 0443), between the Hebra Mountains and the Tabantha Tundra, all the way up north.

As you get close to the tower, you’ll notice a broken bridge, similar to the one you used to get to the spot. Thankfully, you can use Ultrahand to repair it, albeit not without some peculiarities. You can easily add all of the missing pieces back to it, stretching both ends enough so you connect them with each other.

The problem is that the farther end will inevitably point downwards, which leaves you with a functionally useless shape. If you have, say, materials or nearby objects to put underneath the bridge, it could provide the elevation you need.
Alternatively, you can search for any nearby sky rocks and use Recall to gain enough height to get to the tower, or you could build a Zonai device.

On my end, I opted for Ultrahand, and the bridge ended up looking like a climbable structure. So I climbed it. If for some reason you’re unable to do so, double-check that the boards are aligned correctly, as sometimes the Ultrahand goo can make a long horizontal line that prevents Link from climbing.
If this happens to you, I recommend hopping off the bridge and grabbing it with Ultrahand. Then, move the bridge up and down for a few seconds, creating a far more climbable arch. Lastly, use Recall to repeat the movements, and try climbing it again.

How to solve Rutafu-um Shrine
Rutafu-um Shrine (Rauru’s Blessing) is solved by completing the shrine quest “The Northwest Hebra Cave Crystal” in the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave, then returning the crystal to the shrine.
Step 1: Reach the shrine platform
-
Go to Selmie’s Spot in northwest Hebra and look for the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave entrance nearby.
-
Drop down the shaft, fight the four Bokoblins around the campfire, and head up the ramp to the empty shrine platform (coordinates roughly -2996, 3102, 0515).
-
Examine the shrine to start the quest; it tells you the green shrine crystal is at the bottom of the icy pond in the center of the cave.
Step 2: Get the crystal out of the pond
You have a few options to reach the crystal; pick whichever suits your gear and hearts.
-
Using Zonai Wings (easiest):
-
Melt the ice column with a chest on the west side of the cave to get three Zonai Wings.โโ
-
Place one wing so its edge rests on the shallow area of the pond shore, then add the others to form a short “bridge” over the water.โโ
-
Stand on the wings, use Ultrahand to grab the green crystal, and pull it out.
-
-
Using icicles or Ice Fruit:
-
Shoot or throw objects to break icicles from the ceiling, then use Ultrahand to connect them into a long stick and “fish” the crystal out.โโ
-
Alternatively, use Ice Fruit to make ice blocks on the water surface, then walk out on them and grab the crystal with Ultrahand.โโ
-
Step 3: Finish the shrine
-
Carry the green crystal back to the shrine platform and place it in the pedestal to complete the quest.
-
The shrine door opens; inside you’ll find:
-
A chest with a Topaz.
-
The Light of Blessing (Rauru’s Blessing) on the dais.
-
If you tell me whether you have many hearts, Zonai devices, or only basic gear, I can suggest the absolute easiest route for your setup.
