Travel to Seesyde Village and head directly south of the warp point. You’ll find a calico cat looking at a woman fishing. Put on your cat clothes and talk to the cat. They’ll tell you that while their person over there isn’t very good at getting the fish they like, she sure does try. The cat wants you to get their person a gift, and they suggest a “warmix.spatial.”
The cat tells you to return to its homeland, the desert, to find such a concoction, and then bring it back. When you finish talking to the cat, you’ll get the “A Treat for my Person” quest.
