Aketine Location Farming Guide Craft Industrial Explosives Arknights Endfield Tips

Guides

Aketine is one of the trickiest materials to secure in Arknights: Endfield, yet it’s the key to boosting your factory production chain. Here’s where to find it, how to craft it, and the smartest ways to keep your supply steady.

How to make more aketine in Arknights: Endfield

To boost aketine production, set up a basic seed loop in your AIC Factory as soon as Basic AIC II and Planting Tech are unlocked. Place one Seed-Picking Unit and one Planter, connect them with belts, then feed your first wild aketine into the Seed-Picking Unit so it turns each plant into two seeds. Send those seeds into the Planter, route the grown plants back into the Seed-Picking Unit, and siphon off any surplus aketine from the loop for crafting Industrial Explosives. Once this loop runs, a single plant is enough to maintain a practically infinite supply of aketine for factory recipes and map clearing.

To make an aketine factory, you’ll need to at least have the Basic AIC II tree unlocked, which requires you to complete the “Paving the Way” story quest early on. After completing the quest, you’ll get an item that allows you to unlock this row of the AIC skill tree.

With that unlocked, you’ll just need to unlock the Planting node in the Processing section using a Basic AIC Index (the items you get for popping the wacky arm inflatables around the map). This will give you the ability to place Seed-Picking Units and Planting Units.

As the name implies, the Seed-Picking Unit will turn your plants into seeds, and the Planting Units will plant the seeds to turn them into crops. Each single plant you give the Seed-Picking Unit will yield two seeds. So as you can math out… you will technically generate an infinite amount of aketine from just one crop.

Here’s a quick example of how you can place the units to create an aketine farm.

That being said, you can set this up however you want. In fact, you’ll likely some of your aketine to go straight into another machine, so you can turn it into other materials. If you’re making explosives, you’ll want to hook one of the Planting Unit outputs to a Shredding Unit to make aketine powder, and then have that unit hooked up to a Packaging Unit to make your explosives. Factories are great!

How to craft Industrial Explosives from Aketine

You craft Industrial Explosives by combining Amethyst Parts and Aketine Powder in a Packaging Unit.

Required facilities and unlocks

  • Unlock the Refining Unit, Fitting Unit, Shredding Unit, and Packaging Unit from the AIC Factory Plan (second tier for Packaging).

  • Make sure you already have a way to farm Aketine (Seed-Picking Unit + Planter loop) so you are not limited by plants.

Step 1 – Make Amethyst Parts

  1. Mine Amethyst Ore in the field (early on: near Bridge Approach / Hub mining spots).

  2. Put Amethyst Ore into a Refining Unit to get Amethyst Fiber.

  3. Put Amethyst Fiber into a Fitting Unit to get Amethyst Parts.

Keep this chain running so you always have a stock of Amethyst Parts.

Step 2 – Make Aketine Powder

  1. Feed Aketine from your storage or factory line into a Shredding Unit.

  2. The Shredding Unit converts raw Aketine into Aketine Powder.

One shredding batch usually gives you far more powder than you need for a few bombs, so you can do it in bursts.

Step 3 – Craft Industrial Explosives

  1. Place a Packaging Unit and connect belts from:

    • The Fitting Unit output (Amethyst Parts)

    • The Shredding Unit output (Aketine Powder)

  2. Set the Packaging Unit recipe to Industrial Explosive.

  3. The recipe is:

    • 5 ร— Amethyst Parts

    • 1 ร— Aketine Powder

  4. Each craft takes about 10 seconds of in-game factory time and outputs 1 Industrial Explosive.

Using your explosives

  • Finished Industrial Explosives go into your backpack; equip them from the same radial/tool menu as scanner and camera.

  • Use them on red cracked walls, explosive-marked crates, and similar destructible terrain to open shortcuts, hidden chests, and blocked resources.

Industrial Explosives blueprint code

The Industrial Explosives factory blueprint codes people share are community-made, not an official single “Industrial Explosives blueprint code,” and they differ by layout and server region. I don’t currently have live access to pull a specific, working code for your server, so I can’t safely give you one that I know will import correctly.

How to get a working code

  • Check recent community blueprint lists (look for sections labeled Explosive Production / Industrial Explosives) and copy a code that matches your region (NA/EU/Asia), since cross-region codes usually don’t work.

  • Make sure you have all the required facilities and recipes (Planting, Seed-Picking, Shredding, Fitting, Packaging, power, belts) unlocked before importing, or the blueprint will place but won’t run properly.

  • When you paste a valid code in the Shared Blueprint menu, it will appear there automatically; select it and place it in the AIC core area.โ€‹

If you tell me which server you’re on (NA/EU/Asia) and whether you want a compact “just explosives” line or a bigger multi-item line, I can describe an easy layout you can manually rebuild without needing a code.
