Stranded in Arc Raiders’ wasteland? One supply drop from the call station turns desperation into dominance.
How to call a supply drop in Arc Raiders
To call a supply drop in Arc Raiders, first locate a Supply Call Station on your map or by spotting the tall antenna-like pole with a flashing light. Approach the base of the pole and interact with the control box to request the drop; this fires a visible flare that can draw both Arcs and other players to your position, so clear nearby threats or be ready for a fight while you wait. After a short delay, track the pod as it falls, then move to the landing spot, breach the container, and loot the ammo, healing items, and crafting materials before anyone else can claim them.
To call in a supply drop in Arc Raiders, you’ll need to first visit a call station, which looks like tall telephone poles equipped with satellite dishes at the top.

Once you find a call station, walk up to the base of the pole and interact with the box to call in a supply drop, but be careful as it will shoot a flare into the sky. Any nearby raiders who see it will know exactly where you are, not to mention the Arc enemies that may be attracted to the noise.

After a short period of time, the supply drop will land nearby, and you’ll have to breach it to gain access to the resources inside. Supply drops will usually contain lots of resources that will help you survive, including ammo and crafting materials.
If you can’t interact with your call station, unfortunately, it means someone has beaten you to it. Once a call station has been used, it cannot be used again, so if you ever spot one in the distance, hustle over to use it before anyone else.
Call station and supply drop locations in Arc Raiders
Arc Raiders supply drops are summoned by activating a nearby call station; once activated, the drop descends nearby and can be looted for ammo, crafting components, and resources, though if another player uses the station first, it can’t be reused in that match.
Call stations are a bit tricky to find because they don’t spawn in the same locations every game. Instead, call stations have a chance to spawn within a small area. Your best bet is to check out a variety of locations, and look out for the tall antenna as you approach. Alternatively, you can also check your map to see if the supply call station icon appears on the map.
As “A Better Use” is a fairly early quest, we’ve marked a few locations across Dam Battlegrounds and Buried City.
Dam Battlegrounds call stations
Dam Battlegrounds has a lot of call station locations, but they can be fairly spread out. As it can take a while to go from one side of the map to the other, we’ve marked possible call station locations on both the southern and northern sides of Dam Battlegrounds, which can be seen in the image below.

If you spawn in the south, your best bet is to look southwest of Loading Bay. However, if you spawn in the north, we recommend looking around the Power Generation Complex and the area southwest of it.
Buried City call stations
Buried City is a bit smaller and more compact when compared to Dam Battlegrounds, so it’s much easier to travel from one side of the map to the other regardless of where you spawn.

The best and most consistent supply drop location we’ve foundis by Piazza Arbusto and Plaza Rosa.
The call station by Piazza Arbusto can be found just to the right of “Piazza Arbusto” on the map. Head to where the broken highway ends on the east side of the map, cross the rickety bridge, and a call station should be on the rooftop in front of you, near the tower.
Best Call Station locations on Dam Battlegrounds map
Dam Battlegrounds offers 10-11 potential Call Station spots, concentrated centrally for loot efficiency but with high player traffic. Southwest of Loading Bay and Hydroponic Dome Complex stand out as top picks for quick access and cover.
Top Locations
-
Southwest of Loading Bay: Two stations here provide double loot potential; ideal early spawn in the south-low initial enemies but rush-prone.
-
Hydroponic Dome Complex: Central spot with reliable spawns; Arcs present deter full PvP fights, allowing stealthy drops-best for solo play.
-
South of Water Treatment Control: Hidden gem for southern spawns; quiet start but watch Leapers nearby.
Strategic Choices
Northern spawns favor Power Generation Complex (south of Underpass or inside) for cover amid structures. East of Control Tower suits aggressive runs near Leaper spawns. Prioritize based on spawn: south gets Loading Bay/Hydroponics, north gets Power Gen-avoid center if uncoordinated.
Tips for Success
Stations reveal icons only when close, so scan antennas while moving. Clear Arcs first, use elevation for flare spotting, and extract fast as flares draw squads.
