Nioh 3 Glory and Clan Battles Guide

Guides

Glory isn’t just a number in Nioh 3-it’s the currency that fuels clan prestige, unlocks rare rewards, and defines your standing in the ongoing battle for dominance. Here’s how to earn it fast, spend it wisely, and wield your clan power like a seasoned samurai.

How to get more Glory in Nioh 3

Defeat as many Revenants as you can by clearing Bloody Graves in quick, repeatable missions, focusing on spots where you can handle enemies fast and safely. Join online co-op through Visitor or Expedition sessions so you keep earning Glory while helping others clear bosses and stages. Donate surplus high-value gear to your clan after missions instead of selling it, as these contributions convert directly into bonus Glory. Rotate between farming-friendly missions, co-op sessions, and donation bursts to keep Glory gains steady without relying on a single repetitive activity.

How do you earn Glory to win the clan battles? Essentially, anything that pertains to online play rewards you with Glory. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Defeating revenants, the avatars of other players who have died, indicated by red swords in the ground.
  • Having your avatar summoned to help other players, by using a Righteous Jasper to leave a blue sword where you stand.
  • Being summoned as a visitor live by other players.
  • Embarking on expeditions with other players, which is essentially a co-op mode for exploration.

Unfortunately, it seems that all Glory you earn prior to unlocking the hidden teahouse is eradicated once you get there, or at least it was in our experience. We’d accumulated Glory from all of the above, but upon trying to trade it for items, our balance was set back down to zero.

Fastest way to farm Glory in Nioh 3

Fastest Glory farming in Nioh 3 boils down to three things: co-op clears, revenant loops, and clan donations, with co-op usually being the most efficient over time.

1. Co-op “Visitor” farming (highest burst)

  • Use the Torii Gate/random encounters and join as a Visitor on short boss missions; a single clear can give several hundred to a few thousand Glory depending on difficulty and mission.

  • Prioritize Twilight/Dusk-style missions and higher difficulties once your build is strong; players report up to tens of thousands of Glory in a short session doing repeated visitor runs.

Tip: Pick quick boss maps you know well so you can speed-kill and chain runs.

2. Revenant loop missions (solo, consistent)

  • Run a small mission with many revenant graves near a shrine (e.g., bridge-type stages or late main-story missions with lots of red graves).

  • Kill every revenant on the route, then reset by jumping off the map or returning to the shrine to respawn the graves and repeat, aiming for fast one-combo kills.

Setup idea: High burst build (e.g., strong weapon + Final Blow focus) so each revenant dies in seconds, turning the stage into a Glory conveyor belt.

3. Clan Battles and donations (passive + conversion)

  • Join an active clan whose buffs you like; weekly Clan Battle rewards can yield tens of thousands of Glory if your side wins and you contribute.

  • In Nioh 3 you can donate spare gear in the clan menu for extra Glory, which turns junk drops from your farming runs into more clan contribution and personal Glory.

Tip: After long loot sessions, bulk-donate everything you don’t plan to dismantle or sell to turn it into extra Glory on top of your normal farming.

Best low level build for Ohashi Bridge revenant farming

For low-level farming on “The Battle of Ohashi Bridge,” you want a build that deletes human revenants quickly with Final Blows while staying safe and light on resources.

Core weapon and stats

  • Main weapon: Sword with Heart as your main stat; this gives good single-target damage and lots of ki so you can spam attacks and dodges safely.

  • Secondary weapon: Kusarigama for crowd control and horn breaking if you ever pull multiple enemies by mistake.

  • Early stat spread (rough guideline at low level): pump Heart first (damage + ki), then enough Body for survivability, and Spirit to reach your guardian spirit’s key bonuses.

Skills to prioritize

Sword tree:

  • Grapple and Final Blow passives (big damage once revenants are knocked down or out of ki).

  • Early combo skills like Kick and Morning Moon to pressure human revenants and break their ki fast.

Kusarigama tree:

  • Foot Sweep (very strong for knocking humans down so you can Final Blow).

  • Reaper later if you want a high-stance “delete” button for tougher revenants.

Onmyo / Ninjutsu (if available):

  • Simple buffs like Carnage/Steel, Weakness, or Devigorate if you can get them.

  • One or two utility tools (Sloth, Blinding Shells, or Paralysis/Poison) only if you’re comfortable-keep it lean so the loop stays fast.

Guardian spirit and armor

  • Guardian spirit: Daiba-Washi is excellent early for luck and equipment drop rate, helping you gear up quickly while farming revenants.

  • If you’re struggling to survive or manage ki, you can swap to a more offense/ki-recovery-oriented spirit (like Kato in Nioh 1) until you’re comfortable, then go back to a loot-focused spirit.

  • Armor: stay in light or mid-weight armor so you can dodge freely; toughness is nice, but for low-level Ohashi farming, being able to avoid hits and reset quickly matters more than tanking.

How to run the Ohashi Bridge loop

  • In “The Battle of Ohashi Bridge” you can summon several revenants before triggering the boss; focus only on graves that are close and easy to reach.

  • Gameplan per revenant: pull them one by one, pressure their ki with safe sword strings, use Foot Sweep (or guard breaks) to knock them down, then finish with a Final Blow.

  • When you’ve cleared the revenants you like, reset the mission (or jump off the bridge to die and re-enter) so graves respawn, then repeat the loop.

If you tell me your current region, level, and which systems you’ve unlocked (onmyo/ninjutsu/guardian spirits), I can give exact numbers for Heart/Body/Spirit and a concrete skill pick order tailored to you.
