Powerful artifacts, hidden legends, and game-changing stats-Diablo 4’s Unique items define every build’s potential. Here’s a full list of these rare treasures and the devastating effects that set them apart.
But Uniques are even more powerful and rare versions of Legendaries, and will only ever appear as a single item type with a single name. (Uniques have a tan-ish color to them instead of the bright orange of Legendary items, which helps them stand out a bit in your inventory.)
In this Diablo 4 guide, we’re going to show you all the Unique items and effects currently in the game.
Note: Because Diablo 4 is balanced around item scaling, and finding better versions of items you already have, the numeric values in each Unique will change depending on the level of item you find it on. Some of these number values can range from 100 to 10,000, so we’ve replaced any numbers that are able to scale with X. If you see an X in the sheet below, know that the value in question can and will change based on your luck and power level.
Some Uniques are class-agnostic, and provide generic effects that work across all the classes – just like certain Aspects in the Codex of Power. Most Uniques are limited to one specific class: Rogue, Barbarian, Sorcerer, Necromancer, or Druid. We’ve grouped the Uniques by which class can use them, and organized the sheets in alphabetical order.
New Uniques added in season 3
Season 3 introduces several new Unique items that expand class build possibilities and offer fresh ways to tackle Sanctuary’s toughest challenges. Each addition brings distinct effects that enhance specific playstyles, from damage amplification to defensive mechanics. These new Uniques provide players with more diversity in theorycrafting and add strategic depth to endgame content.
Diablo 4 season 3 adds six new Unique items: one class agnostic item and one new Unique for each class. There are no new ultra-rare Uniques in season 3.
Here’s the full list of added Uniques:
- Beastfall Boots (Rogue boots)
- Mutilator Plate (Necromancer chest)
- Paingorger’s Gauntlets (generic gloves)
- Ring of the Ravenous (Barbarian ring)
- Starfall Coronet (Sorcerer helm)
- Unsung Ascetic’s Wraps (Druid gloves)
Class-agnostic Uniques
Class-agnostic Uniques can be equipped by any class, offering flexible options for different playstyles. These items often provide effects that enhance core mechanics, such as damage boosts, resource generation, or defensive buffs, without being tied to a specific skill tree. They are ideal for experimental builds, letting players combine abilities and gear from multiple archetypes for creative and powerful results.
Below, we’ve listed out all the Uniques that are usable by any class in the game, and therefore focus on generic effects rather than class-specific ones. There are currently 22 class-agnostic Unique items in the game, but seven of them are so rare that we’ve broken them off into a separate section. Here are the remaining 15:
Non-class specific Uniques
Non-class specific Uniques can be equipped by any character, offering broad flexibility in building strategies. These items often feature powerful effects that enhance core gameplay mechanics, improve survivability, or boost resource generation. They can complement a variety of playstyles and synergize with class-specific abilities, making them valuable additions to any setup.

Ultra-rare Uniques
Ultra-rare Uniques sit at the highest tier of Diablo 4’s loot system, appearing with extremely low drop chances and offering unparalleled power. These items often feature distinct effects that can dramatically change how a class is played, providing unique synergies or rare affixes unavailable on standard gear. Obtaining one is a major milestone for any player, marking both luck and dedication in the pursuit of the strongest possible build.
Seven of the class-agnostic Uniques in Diablo 4 are extremely rare items – so rare that it took over a month for all of them to drop for the first time.
These items only drop from enemies over level 85, but when they do, they are guaranteed to be at an extremely high level. It’s not uncommon to see these items – especially Harlequin Crest – listed as the best item in many different build guides.
While these used to be almost impossibly rare, Blizzard has since added a method specifically designed to farm them: Duriel, Lord of Maggots, a boss you can summon in the endgame. Duriel is tough if you’re underleveled, but is able to drop these ultra-rare Uniques so that you can add them to your build. (None of these items are guaranteed from a Duriel kill, but you’re far more likely to get them from him than from a random Helltide chest or Nightmare Dungeon.)
Ultra-rare Uniques
Ultra-rare Uniques represent the pinnacle of item rarity in Diablo 4, combining exceptional power with extremely low drop rates. These items feature unique affixes or effects that dramatically alter gameplay, often defining entire builds around their abilities. Acquiring one requires immense dedication, as they are among the hardest items to find in the game, rewarding players with unmatched strength and distinctive playstyles.
